نحترم خصوصيتك. يوضح هذا المستند البيانات التي يستخدمها تطبيق «ختمتنا» وكيفية التعامل معها.
البيانات التي يستخدمها التطبيق
- الاسم الذي تكتبه بنفسك عند إنشاء ختمة أو حجز قسم، ويظهر للمشاركين في الختمة نفسها. يمكنك كتابة أي اسم تختاره.
- محتوى الختمات: عنوان الختمة والإهداء والتعليقات أو الأدعية التي تكتبها عند إنهاء قسمك، وتظهر للمشاركين في الختمة.
- معرّف حساب iCloud مجهول توفّره Apple، ويُستخدم فقط لربط حجوزاتك بك. لا يكشف هذا المعرّف عن بريدك الإلكتروني أو هويتك.
- إشعارات المبرة: إذا فعّلت التنبيهات، تتولى Apple إيصال إشعارات الحملات الخيرية إلى جهازك.
أين تُحفظ البيانات
تُحفظ الختمات والحجوزات في خدمة iCloud (CloudKit) التابعة لشركة Apple، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية Apple. لا نملك خوادم خاصة ولا نبيع أي بيانات.
ما لا يفعله التطبيق
- لا يجمع موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو صورك.
- لا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات من أطراف ثالثة.
- لا يشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة لأغراض تسويقية.
حذف البيانات
يمكنك إلغاء حجز أي قسم من داخل التطبيق. ولطلب حذف أي ختمة أو بيانات مرتبطة بك، تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أدناه.

Data the app uses
- The name you type when creating a khatma or reserving a part. It is visible to participants of that khatma.
- Khatma content: titles, dedications and the notes or prayers you add, visible to that khatma’s participants.
- An anonymous iCloud user identifier provided by Apple, used only to link your reservations to you. It does not reveal your email or identity.
- Notifications: if you enable them, Apple delivers the charity’s campaign notifications to your device.
Where data is stored
Khatmas and reservations are stored in Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) and are subject to Apple’s privacy policy. We run no servers of our own and never sell data.
What the app does not do
It does not collect your location, contacts or photos, contains no ads or third-party tracking or analytics, and shares no data for marketing.
Deleting data
You can cancel any reservation inside the app. To request deletion of a khatma or other data linked to you, email us below.
